Fall is my favorite time of the year for fashion, so I spent some time going through photos from the runway shows and picked out a few jewelry trends that I’m definitely going to try out this fall.
I’m all about trying something new – especially when it comes to jewelry and accessories because you don’t have to spend a ton of money to update your outfits.
Diamonds and Pearls Remix
Diamonds and pearls always have a place in my heart and jewelry collection. This year studded earrings featuring these two classic elements made an appearance at the Tory Burch show.
When I think of pearls, I usually think of the Chanel brand, however this fall even Gucci offered their take on the classic image…
Big Hoop Earrings
I don’t think this trend ever really went away, however, I do remember when big hoops were the accessory to wear back in the 90’s. I’ve always loved hoop earrings. For some reason women who wear them look more youthful.
Michael Kors featured models wearing large metal hoop earrings in his fall runway show…
Marc Jacobs’ models also adorned hoops, but only on one ear. The one earring trend did make its way around the runway shows, but let’s see if it’ll catch onto the masses.
Here are a few large hoop earrings that I just added to my shop…
I’m such a fan of upcycling that my new middle name is “Upcycle”. I was excited to see brands such as Prada highlighting unique jewelry fashioned out of everyday objects.
I just added this funky, boho-style necklace to my new shop that looks like it was upcycled from different shells and beads…(Click on the image to shop.)
Which of these jewelry trends will you try out this fall?
This is just another reminder to me that anything goes when it comes to fashion!
