How self confident are you? I just came across Michelle Phan’s video on how to build self confidence, and thought I’d share it with you…
It’s true that thinking positive thoughts and focusing on the positive aspects about yourself can help tremendously in boosting your self confidence. At least it has worked for me. When I look at myself in the mirror, I tell myself how beautiful I am inside and out.
One tip I would add to Michelle’s list is to also stop caring about what people think of you. Too many women are worried what people think regarding what you say, how you dress, or what you do. Believe me, I used to be the same way and it totally stressed me out. I think the older you get, the less you care about what other people think. As long as you are happy and not hurting anybody else, just do you!

If you can be free of other people’s ideals or judgements, the happier you will be. Just like anything, though, it takes practice. Just be more aware of the thoughts you are thinking, focus on positive thoughts, and learn to tune out those negative thoughts that tend to creep in.
