I’m heading to Orlando and Miami, Florida at the beginning of November, which means time will be spent at the beach…which means I’ll want my body to be bikini ready in about a month. At first this felt like an overwhelming goal to achieve, but then I came across this Twitter post from Lululemon that offered a great reminder…

Ok, you’d think that I’d already be in swimsuit body condition living in San Diego where there are beaches everywhere. Truth is, the water here in California is just too cold for me. I can’t even remember the last time I actually went swimming in the water. In Florida the water is so warm it feels like you’re in a jacuzzi.
My health and fitness goals for October are:
- Work out my abs every day for at least 10-15 minutes.
- Lift weights at least twice a week to tone my body.
- Cut down on my sugar intake. If I have a dessert, it will only be a small portion.
