What’s Your Valentine’s Day Love Story? Share It For a Chance to Win a Beautiful Diamond Necklace

I remember a time when I didn’t have much love for myself – or rather, I had forgotten how to have love for myself.

I was enamored with the idea of love and being in love with someone. Little did I know that I had to accept myself, take care of myself, and truly be in love with me in order for someone else to fall in love with me. I had to see myself as beautiful and allow that beauty to radiate from within instead of being obsessed with how I looked on the outside.

It took awhile, but once I began to work on my own personal development and spent time getting to know myself, love began to pour into my life. Not just romantic love, but love and appreciation from family and friends too.

It’s been quite a journey for me and my romantic love. We’ve known each other for 18 years and every day we continue to grow and learn more about each other. At the same time I continue to work on myself and feel my inner beauty blossom even more.

So that’s the short version of my personal love story. It’s not a Valentine’s Day story, but every day is a love day for us.
