Your Body Is a Change Agent

If you’re having beauty or health issues such as acne, PMS, or PCOS, I recommend listening to this inspiring TED Talk by Alisa Vitti, a holistic health counselor who healed her body by eating healthy food and making lifestyle changes.


The idea of committing to your body and loving your “lady parts” is something that I resonated with. I’ve been working on getting pregnant, so I’m learning to listen to my body more. If I’m tired, I let myself rest. I also meditate everyday and made huge changes in my diet, eating more organic foods and drinking mostly water.
