Why Wearing High Heels Is Bad For Your Health

Have you ever seen that girl walking down the street or dancing in the club thinking she looks so cute in her high heels and body-hugging dress, but she actually looks like an old hunchback with something stuck up her ass?

I have to admit that this was me back in my 20’s. I thought I’d look “so hot” and taller in my 3 inch heels. Now that I’m older and wiser, I realize that I can still look sexy wearing flats – and much more comfortable and sane too!

I was reminded of this during a recent episode of “Candidly Nicole” in which Nicole Richie is faced with the reality that wearing heels is bad for her health and works on embracing her shortness. By the way, I have to say that Nicole is pretty freakin’ hilarious in her latest reality TV series. Watch the full episode below…

Although I still wear high heels once in awhile – like those occasions when I’ll be doing alot of sitting – I’ve found comfort in my flats and sneakers. Also, when I do wear heels, I make sure to carry a pair of foldable flats in my purse.
