Quick 10-Minute Workouts to Feel Good Now

One nice way to give yourself a jolt of energy, feel good, and get in shape is a quick 10 minute workout. For the past month I’ve been challenging myself to walk at least 1 mile or do some form of exercise at least 10 minutes a day, although I did fall off a little these past few days.

The photo here is my “workout look”, which is basically no makeup, hair pulled up in a messy bun, and finished with a headband. Sc√ľnci has the No-Slip Grip Waistband Headband that comes in a 4-pack, which I received to review. The headband stays in place when my hair is down, but when it’s pulled up in a bun, the back end tends to ride up a little, so I have to hold it down with bobby pins.

Today I made the intention of working out first thing after I woke up, so I turned to my exercise playlist on YouTube and chose these two videos as my workout today. Both of them are about 10 minutes long.
