When you’re stress-free, you have less wrinkles, less grey hair, and simply look more beautiful, not to mention you’ll be healthier too.
#6 is one thing I’d like to do more of. There are many things in our lives that we just can’t control. There’s no use worrying about them. It’s a waste of time.
