This past week I’ve been helping my friend by watching her three little girls, which means that I have to be up at the crack of dawn because she has to be at work at 7 a.m. As a night-owl who often goes to bed at 1 or 2 a.m., making it throughout the day on five hours of sleep has been challenge for me. I’m the type of person who likes to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night.

One thing I have done that also helps with getting rid of bags under the eyes is to sleep with my head in a slightly elevated position. I sleep with two pillows under my head. They’re not super fluffy, so I don’t get neck cramps or anything.
