Yes, when you don’t get enough sleep, it can get pretty ugly. Perhaps I could just be speaking for myself, but I doubt it!
The past week I’ve been helping my friend by watching her three little girls, which means that I have to be up at the crack of dawn because she has to be at work at 7 a.m. Being a night-owl who often goes to bed at 1 or 2 a.m., making it throughout the day on five hours of sleep was a challenge for me. I’m the type of person who likes to get at least 8 hours of sleep every night.
Like many people who lack sleep, I developed those ugly bags under my eyes. Oy vey! The one thing worse than having a zit on my face is having bags under my eyes.
